Palm Oil is mixed with Ground nut oil

Hello,

We have purchased Suguna Ground nut oil in bangalore from a shop. They said that it is ground nut oil and sold to us. After we chase and opened the package there is palm oil mixed with this oil. The oil is changing to white color and becoming like solid.

We have got cough after eating food made up of this oil. Please do not use this oil.
