Not delivering the furniture on time

Hi,

I've purchnsed 1 double bed, 1 TV trolly & Dressing Table from Big Furniture, Aundh Road, Shevale Chambers. They have not delivered full furniture on time, quality is also bad. till now I've not received full furniture. I'd booked furniture on 24th March, they delivered the furniture in bits and pieces. Even now they have not delivered full furniture, double bed drawer's doors are still pending. Could youp lease let me know what can be done for this. Thanks
