Cane funiture ( Sofa set with table and kusan)
Delay in delivory and not cooperating by department

I have booked my house hold cane furniture vide way bill no 640450 dt 27.08.10 from Bareilly to Bhopal. This furniture was loaded dated on 28.08.10 by Dader Bareilly Exp, train no 4314 in presence of me and I was also travelled in same date with same train. I checked booked parcel with booking clerk of Bhopal parcel office dated on 29th Aug, again 2nd Sep and again 5th sep 10 but till date the parcel not yet reached Bhopal and when we check with them about approximate date of parcel reaching Bhopal they are not telling us /rather giving correct information.

Please do the needful and give the correct information regarding the parcel.
