Sofa set is not worth to money and need replacement

Dear Nilkamal Group

I fail to understand why you are all not responding to my mails and not offering solution.

I am unable to digest the fact that Nilkamal group treat the customers this way.

I was trying personally to reach Store Manager Mr. Rajeev on 9916999424 and not responding to phone calls.

I am expecting an immediately reply

My problem is still unresolved.

I got a call a 2 weeks ago from your office to convince me to accept the repaired product, which I am not interested.

Finally Home town assured me of giving a letter of confirmation that Sofa set would be replaced in case same problem repeats.

I have neither received my replacement nor repaired set nor assurance letter.

I never expected such worst service levels from neelkamal group.

Now I am worried to accept the repaired product, hence please replace the Sofa set immediately.

Dear Team

The trail is self explanatory that I am a cheated customer by your @home, Marathhalli.

The situation is standing as it is after sending 2 mails. They have collected the sofa set from my home and never shown their face for atleast a 2 week now.

We can understand if single sofa has issue, the entire set is having the problem and we cannot accept for any repairs.

Hence request to send new sofa set in next 2 days, failing which we will be forced to take up the case legally in case I am not getting the replacement.

We have recently purchased a sofa set at your Home Town show room situated at Marathalli, Bengaluru and the following are bill details.

Order No.191386

Date: 24/07

Delivered date: 08/08

Sofa supplied to us is obnoxious and of third class in its standard, we have been complaining to replace the same since purchased. After huge follow up someone came from show room, had a complete look, took photos and went.

Now to our surprise, your team conveys us that they will collect the sofa from us, repair and give back, which is not OK for us as we see the issue in qualify of the Sofa set.

We request you to replace the Sofa set as early as possible before we decide not to purchase any material from Home Town.
