Mr. Vijay Subramaniam stole our money, We paid them cash to get delivery of furniture. Upon paying they started making excuse that server is down so they will send invoice later same day and goods will be delivered next day. Today is fifth day, even after 100s of calls I did not get furniture as promised to be delivered. I got suspicious about ethics of this company. I sent my assistant to get refund. They refused to pay. Mr. Vijay Subramaniam said what is the proof . (However we got signature of accountant who collected money on customer information sheet). We waited their store till 10 PM. but no money was refunded. This matter has been referred to Ramamurthy Nagar police station, who has convinced us to get us refund by next day morning.
Mr. Vijay subramaniam is a untrustworthy man, he and his staff misbehaved when me and my family went their to join my assistant who was waiting whole day long to get refund. Even after so much of arguments this man just came out of office and walked out saying that you have no proof.. Mr. Vijay Subramaniam, Mr. Vinod, Mr. Fabain, Ravi and another ten staff misbehaved with us, they physically pushed us, abused and harassed me, my wife and assistant at his store. They used dirty and profane words infront of my child who was with me. EVen after all that, we did not get our refund.
I am informing customer to beware of this man and his company with his various company names, never pay them in advance, unless you want to loose money. Also note that they do not issue tax invoice or receipt. They treat customer information sheet as invoice. Most likely this people are cheating on taxes also. Beware this company is scam and they behave like criminals.
My money is still struck with them. I am hopefully waiting till morning, as local police station has promised to get us refund. Upon police arrival Mr. Vijay disappeared, but nearly 6 of their staff were taken to police station.
Just watch out, this company is not honest, they don't deliver and they are cheating on taxes- as they do not make tax invoices or receipts.
Please beware of this company, they are bunch of crooks and steal your money
