Please don't buy anything from COMFORT FURNITURE HUB, Pune (Karve Road, aundh). BIG CHEATS.
I am an NRI and bought 1.5 lacs worth of brand new furniture from them recently in 2010 (sofaset, 2 full bedroom sets with wardrobes, beds everything, shoe racks). Within one year, before the warranty expired, we found the furniture laminates peeling from all sides, WOOD BORER insects in some of the items and also a lot of fungus collecting repeatedly on all the items.
The company owner MR. MAHESH DESHPANDE and his Staff sales girl ASHA, both even after our continous follow up refused to do anything about this problem, even though the warranty still is valid. They have just ignored the whole matter and even told us do not bother to call us up anymore. The owner promised to come and take a look at the furniture himself but never bothered to call up again or even show up at all.
They are the BIGGEST FRAUD SHOPS of Pune that I have come across. Please do not make any purchases from this shop. Their furniture is of BAD quality & SERVICE is of CHEATS.
If they are CHEATING people and making money - I hope all their shops & business closes down. Nobody can suceed by cheating other people of their hard earned money. FRAUDS.Mr. MAHESH DESHPANDE - LIAR, CHEAT - you will suffer.
