Couch chair
Chair cloth torn very badly

Couch purchased in your shop in the month of jan. since big bazaar is known chain of bazaar for good products, i just happened to purchase two couch at the rate of 1300/- each. the chairs where good looking, but the material very badly tore off.

its a question of pride for both of us.

please address a solution for this problem.
