We had purchased iron furniture bed from big bazaar, dhanbad, jharkhand on 20th march but till now no one has came to fix the bed. we had given our address and mobile no. also to them but no one had came till yet... whenever we call to the given number they say that will be coming within one or two hours but no one is coming... this is what we call customer service by big bazaar... 9199949944 suresh sharma is the person to whom we had spoken and he assures us that today executive will be coming but no result... plz do the needful and take some necessary action... would really appreciate if you look in this matter.
