I purchased two bedroom sets - double beds, wardrobes, dressing table worth rs 38, 000 from housefull international, aundh, pune delivered in May. Within 5 months we noticed fungus, termites comming out from furniture down on the floor and we reported the matter to the manager of aundh branch, Pune several times personal visits as well as telecalls but no response for one month, then we complained to their Head office-Customer care in Mumbai. We called several times, sent e. Mails but except for assurances to look into the matter they did not bother for the past one month. The goods are under warranty.
We have exausted all our efforts and now come to the conclusion that the company is indulging in unfair practices of earning monies by putting customers into loss and inconvinience.
My advice to prospective buyers- BEWARE. Don't believe in the company's slogan of supply of good quality furniture, warranty, after sales service.
