Landline phone reliance dead from last 2 months

Since last 2 months our land line fixed line phone dead we had complaining again and again but noone come for check . we have already 5 connections but this phone has always problems for wiring & other complaints we are not satisfieing your service pls. do something as early as possibel this has effect our business.
