Non delivery of goods and still we havent received the goods even after paying full amount

Hi this is Mr Victor Solanki, we have purchased (booked) the sofa cum bed on 02/12 from wood bazaar at thakur mall dahisar east. we were suppose to get dilivery on 20/12, but still we havent got the goods delivery, every time we go they say will get it soon and no comittment they give, even after paying money, i am really tied with this kind of poor customer service and fraud things. we are not sure when will get the goods, kindly look into our matter and do the needful.
