I m Puja, 4 year's back my father was buying a furniture set (Bed, Almirah, Side Table, Dreesing Table Stool) for given me on my marriage, on 10th May from Collection-I (Shop name) in TI (Traiser Island - a shoping mall), Indore, which was not properly in fiiting
so i was complaint in first month, some staff are coming & fit some screws!
next month we have same problem, so again they are coming & fit other parts!
but our problem are not solved, bcz Bed again loose (like a jhula), almirah's one door not proper fit, drowver plates are out of the almirah, dressing table are also like swing, a stool sitting is also down.
so in one year we again said the complaint, as their staff are come and fit again.
in 3 years we have desided that we have fight, we go in Collection-I shop and said all problems and told that either given back our money or change the set of furniture. so they are ready to change the furniture but our bed price is 11000/- and their minimum bed price are 40, 000/- so they said that extra amount will be paid by us. in these days the prices of all up & up high so i will not paid the extra amount. they are not agree and i will back my home.
i m very frusteted that i don't do anything, bcz i m a marriade person and a bahu, so i will not fight very long with any other persons, so... stop any complaints.
still i m very sad bcz my father's money are wasted,
if u can give me any help so please help me...
