I had worst service experience by "HCL National Packers & Movers" till they got the contract behave very nicely, after words they become worst.
1- First of all the person who followed to get contract will not pick up the call and concern person will go for long leave.
2- They have damaged my two mattress and on toy car, all worth Rs. 16000/-
3- Insurance was from this company, but they don't care about it.
4- They have not delivered house hold as per contract, and started misbehaving and man handling process while delivering.
5- They said, having their own transport however actually they outsource to some other company and they behave very crudely.
Note- I felt very bad when they did not pick up the call and entirely consumer is based on out sourced company and they are just money minded and very rude behavior. They tell most of things lie while getting contract once they get it, do not care of customer.
I am not sure if any action can be taken through this forum however expecting to save other people cheated by "HCL National Packers & Movers"
