Hi,

I am writing this email after over 3 months of frustration, follow-up, damage.

I ordered the modular kitchen on Nov 14, Advanced Receipt no: 2040007460 of total amount Rs. 126130. The date given to us for the completion of kitchen was 14 Dec. We had also taken a loan from future money for 84088 for which we were informed the EMI will start after the completion of the Kitchen.

But after 3 months we are still waiting for our kitchen to be complete. though the EMI has started without informing us.

Till now we have received 3 deliveries of kitchen material and ALL OF THEM WERE WRONG. The carpenter had to cut almost all parts to fit in our kitchen as the parts were of incorrect sizes, shapes and color. After 3 deliveries there is still a long list of material pending, which you can find in the mail below which is dated 31 jan. And we are still waiting for the material to be delivered and the pending work to start.

The representative for kitchen work from Home Bazar, Nirmal Lifestyle Mulund, Rupali is on leave now, and the current representative Mayuri has no idea and like her predecessor is not helping us.

We escalated the matter to the store manager Pritam and he committed to complete the kitchen work before January but nothing happened and he has resigned.

After further trauma, we contacted the Area Manger William, and he like everyone gave false commitment to us and no action was taken to complete our work.

So after paying so much money and trusting the brand Big bazaar, we only have received stress, suffering and an unfinished kitchen.

This is the last resort for us, and we have faith that our problems will be sorted out.

If this also doesn’t work we will have to think of stopping the payment further and going for consumer rights which is something we don’t want to do. We have a long relation with Home bazaar as all the furniture for our bedroom, the electronic appliances like DVD player etc have been purchased from big bazaar and it was this trust that made us come to big bazaar for our kitchen.

But the current work has broken our hearts and trust and we are worried about the guarantee of the kitchen installation. Who will pay heed to the issues, when the installation is so careless?

I request to kindly complete the work for which we have paid money in advance.
