I had purchased a study table on 26 JAN'11 which was to be delivered on 14Feb'11.I waited for the whole day but it was not delivered nor any response from BIG BAZAAR came regarding it. On calling number of time, they just gave me phone no. of different people & shedding off their responsibilities. Finally after a lot of pestering it was delivered on 17/2, with fittings to be done the following day. Again the same story was repeated. Till now i.e. 19/2 has passed & was waiting for the fitting personnel, which with every call was to come within an hour. Before the sale they are obliging but after they took cash they are least bothered & are now making different excuses. All the pleads are falling on deaf ears. If they cannot keep to their commitments they should refund the money.
