Complaint: Faulty Installation of Product. The Coffeetable is improperly installed on 16.04.2010. & despite several compaints on daily basis no action taken.
On the day of installation itself, it was observed that 1 leg is shaking, the matter was reported immediately on Tel No. 65176278 & technician was informed on Tel No. 9987459710 (Mr. Anil). The technician told the that it is not a problem, the bottom thread is to be turned & the leg can be adjusted. This was done as per his instructions. On the next day, 1 leg came out due to improper pasting of adhesive, later on 1more leg. We are not in a position to use the Coffeetable. This proves gross negligence while installation of product.
On contacting the technician Mr. Anil (9987459710) again, he told he cannot come & attend the call unless a complaint is lodged. Accordingly I had lodged a Complaint at the Showroom No. 022 - 2845 3710 (Thakur Mall - Dahisar - East) on Saturday i.e. 17.04.2010. The showroom people told that the call will be attended within 2 days.
But there was no action till Monday evening. To my surprise when I called the Tel No. 65176278, I was informed that no complaint is registered. They directed me to call on Service Complaint No. 65156189. They told that it may take one week. The Technician is willing to do the work, but he is not assigned the job. Even I am not sure whether the complaint is lodged on not.
Kindly assist us to get the problem solved at the earliest. We are not able to use the purchased product from you, as we are afraid that I may get damaged, on the other hand we are to embarassed to keep it idle when guests come to our home & we have to do serving without coffeetable as our old cofftable is also taken by your company.
I request you to get the problem solved at the earliest.
I am not able to Contact any of these Nos. since today morning as all phones are ringing but no body is picking up: 2845 3710, 3209 3782, 6517 6278, 9987459710 & 65156189. This proves lack of proper After Sales Services by your company.
Kindly consider this as an Official Complaint & respond back to the mail, failing which I may have to file a Complaint against your Company with the Consumer Court for Inadequacy & negligence in Services & subsequent harassment.
I hope you will provide timely services by solving our problem & avoid us to take this extreme step.
