We had gone to an Exhibition at Chennai Trade Centre (May) and booked a Sofa set worth Rs. 21000/00 and wanted delivery after a month after confirming the fabric. We gave an advance of Rs.00. After a couple of months we visited another exhibition where the manufactures had put a stall and we decided on the fabric and also gave him a sum of Rs.4000/00 and the manufacturer promised to deliver within a period of 2 weeks. Till date the manufacturer is not responding to our calls. Once when contacted we asked for a refund and cancel the order which he agreed and we are still waiting for the said amount of Rs. 6000/00. Kindly assist as what can ca be done in this case.
