Hi! I have bought Furniture worth Rs.1.1L from Houseful in Pune during the month of April' 2010. I found that in one of the bed-room set (Zurich set) the under-storage drawers have come lose of its rolling channel. I have been calling them to fix it up. They indeed sent carpenters twice who could not do any good to the defect as they were manufacturing defect.
I have retained the original bills etc. I would like to formally sue Houseful for delivering sub-standard material, and not attending to the customer complaints.
Some one please advise how do I proceed.
