I purchased a bedroomset from the Palm beach galleria showroom in feb 10 (Inv 413). initially the installation took a longtime, which was later not done correctly. the front panels and supports bent dramatically within 1 month. Housefull people took a veeeeerrrrryy longtime to inspect and take back the wardrobe. HF people confirmed that the bottom support panel was not screwed due to which the wardrobe bent in the centre. Now it has been 20 days, I do not know what happened to the wardrobe, who will call me and give the replacement. its festival time and my house is in complete mess due to this. I expect an immediate reply.
HF palm beach galleria showroom ph is switched off till 11am. then the concerned person is not available (lunch, tea time, don't know). bhiwandi godown does not know anything.
