Full money paid but defective product was delivered

We selected 4 door wardrobe and purchased it on 8th may at house full international ltd dahisar east branch, and they told that they will deliver on 18th may. After 2 days when the carpenter came home to assemble the product it was found that one of the panel pertaining to wardrobe was defective. Carpenter took the photo and in writing from us that the panel of wardrobe was defective, and would be replaced in weeks time. But even after 2 weeks of extensive calling and reminding of the replacement for the defective wardrobe from our side they finally sent a replacement panel for wardrobe and while assembling the wardrobe it was observed by us that it was not only defective but also a display showroom piece instead of brand new piece, we have insisted the worker who came to install the product not to install the wardrobe with the defective replacment piece, and that worker left that piece at our residence and went saying it would be collected when the new piece would come, later again after extensive follow ups over telephone they again send another wardrobe piece saying its a brand new piece and it is defect free (by narmada customer service manager house full ltd thakkar mall dahisar east branch) but upon close observation when the second worker was installing for the third time the second replacment panel for wardrobe it was detected that the piece so called brand new product was also having a defect (it got puffed up due to water ingession into it). When we enquired it with the worker (carpenter) he said it was the piece taken from display product from the showroom and he had not noticed it at the showroom. The customer manager (narmada) who lied to us saying that it is the new product and it has no defects and it was checked before it was delivered to my home.

We asked the worker not to install that product but that person was forcing us to get it installed at our home with the defective piece, we also spoke to the customer manager narmada saying we dont want defective piece she kept on insisting us to get that defective piece installed and that it would be replaced when the new product comes. But we stood strong and told her nothing doing we dont want to install the defective piece and that we need new product. So finally she accepted and the worker left leaving the defective product again at home.

Because of this our house became a godown for the house full international ltd company, all the wardrobe panels were kept at our home in bedroom and living room, because of which we were constraint with the place at home in bedroom and the living room, we couldnot call our friends and relatives to our home. We couldnt live our day to day life in peace, we were mentally tortured every day, we had to call the house full internationall (dahisar branch) every day to find out about the status of our defective product, and they would simply buy more time from us that it will be done in two days time and then as we call them after two days they will simply say that the carpenter is not available today and the product cannot be delivered to our house and when we call next day they say the product has not come yet ..so finally we decided to return the product and get our money back. When we told them we need our money back and we would return the product they say that they would deliver the product at home in another two days of time, but which they again failed to do so... we even told we will make a police complaint for cheating us by lying and trying to sell a defective product and showroom piece, then they simply disconnect the phone, this mental torture was given to us by customer care manager narmada and bhushan.

Through all this (from 8th may to till date) we finally decide to take the money back and return their product and also to charge the telephone conversation compensation, intrest for the money paid to them in advance till date, also compensation for keeping their product and defective wardrobe panels at my residence till date..and compensation for mental torture..
