I had purchased sofa-cum-bed (FU0107) from Total Mall Madiwala, Bangalore on 14 Feb.

The springs of this sofa-cum-bed became loose after 4 months of usages. i contacted customer case in Totals mall the one person visited my place and taken some snaps in September 09. He sent the details of my complains to Kurlon but No action was taken by Kurlon people.

I am following up with them since then and i have got no reply till now.
