Cheated me and not answering my call

Yes i have been duped, i went to an expo in bangalore i had ordered for a XXL size and they said me to pick the lazy bag from a near by distributor called CONQUERED AGENCIES, NILADIRI MAIN ROAD now i being calling them no body is answering my call

pls tell me what to do
