Delay Delivery & Not respect Customer time

They keep cooking story but not delivering the furniture delivered in time.

After my booking, so many follow ups they delivered the furnitures. But they forget the one single seater to send. we get know only carpenter open the box. After two to three day follow ups. They told the furniture is damaged so we rebooked it will take another 5 days from Chennai wearhouse. If ask damaged and rebook information is not share when you delivered. No answer for them. At last furniture reached after 27 days but carpenter yet to come and fix it. There is customer care person Vaitha will promptly reply in 2 minutes will come but she never come back. Supervisor Naga no difference will do the same.
