They are very bad in keeping the commitments, no doubt the quality of work is good but they failed in keeping the commitments towards delivery date.
We booked the furniture for Diwali occasion but unfortunately didn’t deliver on time; they said on 2nd Nov 10 at 11.30 am our furniture will get delivered but after long follow-up it got delivered at 11.30 pm partially. They were supposed to come for assembling the parts on next day at 10.30 am but again same thing repeats they came at 2.30 pm.
For remaining material we are still following with them one month gone nothing happen. Today I got a call from them (First Time from their side) and said we are not having mattresses of your choice so we are sending the one which is in stock if you still want which you have ordered will have to wait for another 4 to 5 days.
