I have purchased a double bed from Living Style Manpada Thane (W). They have given me a very bad experience. While purchasing the bed they promised that two pillows are complimentry, but yet I havent received that two pillows. The bed is box type, means below the mattress there is some storage place, for this box one plywood cover is provided. There are two springs attached to this cover which holds this cover when it is lifted up. But any how these springs are unable to hold the cover in opened state. I visited the showroom 5 times and asked them for corrections as there is 5 years warranty on the bed. But as they have received the full payment they are just ignoring my complaints. Each time I visit, they give assurance, note down my address and forgot. I also called them 10-15 times, now they are just not receiving my call. Its very much irritating, so I request every one not to purchase anything from LIVING STYLE Thane.
