Eplacement of sofa

I was purchased sofa for my daughters marrage on jun at that time suaitable sofa was not available in his shop so on his promise to replace sofa i pick up one readymate available sofa on full payment.

then i returned old sofa on dec but til date he has not replaced me new sofa till date.

i requested he many times and visited his shop every week and month to get my sofa back since Jan . i have given him sofa cloth rs 6000/- on my own cost for new sofa .now i m frusteted as his intension is not favourable.

he has not given any receipt for all transaction
