Keep away from these thugs. They have not only delivered a poor quality furniture with a delayed schedule, but also their delivery boys have stolen my expensive mobile from my home.
We had ordered a chest of drawers unit from the Looking Good Koramangala inner ring road showroom, and we were given a delivery timeline of 2 weeks. The salesman had promised to call back to take inputs on some of the design aspects like the cornice and the handles etc, but he never called back during these 2 weeks. We had to followup almost everyday and he kept on saying today or tomorrow he will bring the samples. He also kept promising to deliver on time and that the progress is going good, but on the expected date of delivery, when we called he started citing some excuses for delay in delivery.
Finally after about 3-4 days of delay, he called us to come & inspect the unit at the showroom. When we went there and had a look, the unit looked so ugly, with symmetrical mistakes, glasses with scratches etc, that we had to call the salesperson and blast him. He was shamelessly accepting the mistakes and gave an excuse that when it was received from factory, its quality was not checked!!
So then after further delay of another 2 weeks, numerous calls, and couple of more visits to inspect the progress on the corrections, they finally came to delivery the unit.
During the shifting of the unit, fixing and installation, and polishing, the delivery boys have very cleverly flicked my mobile from the bedroom and left. When we later noticed that mobile is missing and called up the salesman, he refused to accept that their boys will ever do such a thing. The next day morning, when I followed up again, he repeated the same saying that he had checked with the delivery boys and they have not admitted to have stolen the mobile. Even after couple of days now they are still refusing to accept the theft.
On top of it all, the chest of drawers unit quality is of poor quality with poor workmanship. The drawers are not functioning (channels are having problems). The glass doors are difficult to open and close. Even after numerous calls they have not yet sent the carpenter to fix the issues. We are unable to use the unit due to all the problems. It is like you buy a new scooter, and when it is delivered, you cannot start it or use it due to problems.
We are cursing the day we decided to place an order with Looking Good Koramanagala showroom.
Please keep away from these thugs.
