Furniture not delivered after paying money

I bought a L-type sofa from the Lotus Furniture @ Furniture Fair, Nandambakkam.

Even though i paid the full amount in cash (26500/-), the sofa was not delivered at all corectly.

Even after numerous complaints and personal discussions with the company owner, there was no response from them.

I advice all the consumers not to purchase any prodcuts from Lotus Furniture hereafte.
