Wooden cots & Almara

I had bought a pair of wooden cot (6X4 size), one singe Almara, from Omprakash steel Furniture, Nampally.

He delivered cot nonstandard, and within one month Almara paint removing, shop people not responding properly, every day he says "Our people has reach and sort out problem" but nobody attending me. please suggest me what can I do for justice. can I approach with consumer form against Omprakash Steel Furniture.

Please give me suggestions.
