Not fixed the Wall Unit after delivery

Dear Sir,

I brought the Alpha Wall Unit from Big Bazar situated at Gateway Jayanagar, 45/1, Marenahhalu, J.P. Nagar, Phase II, Bangalore, on 14.03. through Bill no127/8440 for Rs. 10, 900/-. and same was delivered to my house on 21 March. The said wall unit is still not fixed by them. I have been calling up their help line at 1800 200 2255 and 080 6629 9690. Employees of Pantaloon are promised at the first time, that they will send somebody to fix the unit. second time when I called up, their employees picked up the call, but refused to address the concern.

I request please consider the issue and address the concern. I have left no optin but to express my agony here.
