Harassment At the cost of TRUST

Sir

This is to inform you with great regret that a dining (ZEN) set is ordered on 28- Mar MID-000044370088652 Reliance Mart Hyderabad. At the time of delivery (Delivery no. 80763991) it found the table top is damaged. This remark was mentioned at the same time. Even after many reminders to show room person, Store persons. Every time a new person picks up & have to explain frm the beging.

As of now, my table top is to deliver. I strictly told i want the new fresh piece not repaired one they are trying to convince me for corrected one. On what base i should take this.

Kindly reslove this urgently with priority basis
