I have been a loyal customer to the Future group since many years and with that confidence I walked in to "HomeTown Pune" store on 21/03, and ordered 2 furniture products (Advance reciept# 2018019504).

Trusting on your brand name, I did not think twice before paying 100% upfront in advance, being assured that the product will be delivered on the promised dates. However, I am very disappointed to tell you that the first product was delivered 3 days late and the second has not even been delivered yet! Its been more than a month now and I have no idea about its status.
Moreover, what pains me more is that nobody bothered to inform me about the delay and I had to call up regularly to follow-up on the status. I was even more surprised by the indifferent attitude of the customer support staff. Since 16/04, I have been given 3 different dates that the product will be delivered on but it never happened. After 15 days of daily follow-ups, I find myself trapped and I don't know whether to keep waiting for the delivery or ask for a refund.
This whole episode has given a huge blow to my confidence in HomeTown. I have always been keen to visit HomeTown but I am not sure if this will be the same. Sir, I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful.
