I am holding Bajaj Health Insurance Policy (Policy No: OG-10-1701-6003-00003184).
First of all they never answered my query/clarifications till now. Whenever I sent email, the mail will get bounced. While calling, they tell they will forward to corresponding department and that particular person will call later. But I didnt got any call from them.
Yesterday one of the agent from Bajaj Allianz called me to my mobile number, the number he call from is 914443904424 and he told me that I have not claimed policy for one year and for that Bajaj allianz is giving 5% bonus amount i.e My policy amount is 1lakh and I will be getting 1lakh 5k. Also he told me that they will be sending 500 Rupees gift voucher. For confirmation he asked me my credit card number, I said that I closed my HDFC credit card (this is the card where I paid my last year premium amount), the guy from Bajaj Allianz asked me to tell details of any other card that I have for confirmation. Initially i was in confusion that why this guy needs credit card details for confirmation.
But I thought that this call from reputed company, and trusted this guy and gave my credit card details i.e. my card number and expiry date, after that also this guy asked CVV number, this time thanks god I am alerted, and I said I cant give CVV number and cut the call.
After 10 mins, I got SMS from ICICI bank that the amount of Rs2, 264 was declined because of wrong cvv number, I was totally shocked that time that this guy asked my credit card details for confirmation, he didnt even told me that he is going to deduct amount from my credit card. What kind fraud is this? without informing the customer they deduct. I am sure that the guy did yesterday was totally unprofessional. Is this what Bajaj Allianz taught him on training?
I dont want to complaint this to Bajaj Allianz as I know very well that I wont get any reply or they simply wont respond. I lost my trust towards Bajaj Allianz and I am no longer hold this policy anymore.
