PLease refer my letter dated 1/4 along with Form 13 for trnsfer of my P.F from Ranbaxy Employees Providen Fund trust, Sector 32 Gurgaon to Jubilant Clinsys Ltd. P.F A/C No. UP/36306/23 of Noida UP.

More than 4 years have been elapsed but I have not yet received any letter from your office.

You are requested to kindly let me know whether the amount with interest of PF from Ranbaxy PF trust has been transferred to your office or not. Kindly send me the statement of account.
