Axis Bank Personal loan
1% cash back not received after so many complaints

Hi,

I have taken a personal loan from AXIS Bank in July of rs 2 lacs (Loan Account No-245010601420982) and they promised me to give me 1% cash back in written. I am continuing paying the EMI. I am not a defaulter either. But till now, I did not got any cash back. I write them again n again and nothing seems to be happem.

And the statement, you send me, dont reflect that I am having any debit balance of rs-8/-, let me know, how this amt comes up or the transaction for which its is debited.

I am enclosing the soft copy of your loan account statement. In your case teh cash back is not applicable as your EMI amount is Rs 6885/- but we are getting the credit of Rs 6884/- through the PDCs given by you.

Also, as on date there is an overdue of Rs Rs 8 in your loan account. Request you to kindly deposit the same in any of your nearest branch.
