Negative behaviour and misleading patients

Dear sir,

this complaint is regarding Dr Deepali agarwal who is an eye specialist DMC reg no is 19917. She has recently opened an clinic in our locality and i believe that she has forgotten the oath and pledge which she has taken at the time of becoming a doctor. She is a misleading doctor who is only focusing on making money rather treating patient cause. Her behaviour towards customers is rude and ruthless.

my father went to her clinic to get his eyes tested on 10/9. she advised him to change the number of his spectacles and father agreed to get that changed and gave order to her. later on when my father received new glasses he was unable to read with those glasses. when he reported her clinic she again tested his eyes and told him that the previous number checked by her was incorrect and she said that she will get the new glasses replaced as an obligation by her on me. later on when my father called her up for the glasses she misbehaved and hung up the call for long.

this kind of behavior is not appropriate for a doctor as we are paying consultation for receiving the services and not by the way of obligation and goodwill.

I hope necessary action to be taken against all such types of doctors.
