I took 1 month membership in a gym "Matrix Gym" (but the reciept she gave me was of another gym named as "Slim Belle") which is just opposite to Janapriya Utopia hyderguda Attapur... I went their for 10-12 days then i cud not manage to go there as i have a small kid and my in-laws were out of town for some period of time for which i pre-informed the Gym owner "Sameera" and also during my joining i asked her about all the details regarding if m not regular tyto gym thn in that case will she count the days..her answer was "NO"... she said i can complete my month acc. to my suitability. I informed her prior everytime i was unable to go there. As i had my thyroidectomy procedure done before joining the gym... i had some problem on my right shoulder..may be bcoz of the exercises i did there... so i went for physiotherapy..and i informed her abt the same too... due to which i did not go to gym again... thn one or the other condition arose. Thn i had to join my office and i told her that i can only come in the early m'ng 6:30..its kind of little difficult for me as i have a 1 year old child..but somehow i managed to go there but whn i went there she said the other client hasn't come today so it will be hectic for her to take the class for only one client..this happnd for me 2-3 times... she did not even bothered to call me prior and inform. Aftr that i went to my real sister's marriage... When i came back one of the client of that gym met me and informed me about that Sameera that she is not at all taking care of her clients and most of the time she is on the phone... many clients had complained about her behaviour... they all got angry. I cud not go to her as my in laws were not back in town as they had to go to some other marriage .when they came bak i called her and asked about my validity she said Gym is completely closed and my validity is also over..i told her that its not over as i came for 10-12 days only..she argued a lot to me..and forcefully asked me to put the phone down or she will hang off. she said i f i want to come i can come to her house for fitness exercises. I told her that i joined ur gym jus because it was opposite to my house and i have a small child and not the gym which u opened in ur house... i f ur gym got shut off or if it has been closed completely then u plz give me back my rest of the money as i paid her 500 100 (registration) Rs. as i joined u here not at ur home..then y shud i come to ur home to complete rest f the days... she not even bothered to understand what i was trying to say. I asked her to give the phone to someone who can understand what i am trying ot say but she refused and said as she was running the gym so she has got all the rights and no family member is involved in this case. Well Sir/MAdam i m not the only one..their are other clients also to whom she did the same.she not even knows how to talk to her elders. Atfer all this when i asked her... to give her address i want to come to her house for gym... she refused to give that too and said whnever she will start a new batch she will call her... and asled me to put the phone down and not call her again as she wont answer my call...
Sir/Madam i am really pissed off from this lady... she is a student and a instructer too... but she doesn't know how to run a bussiness... Plz help me... i really need
