We purchased a samsung mobile model E2120i on 12.06.2010 from poorvika Mobile world, Puducherry with one year warranty but it switched off automatically 15 days ago under warranty. At the same day we submitted it through Poorvika Mobile world to Sri Padma Customer care, Puducherry. They told me get it back within two days. Whenever we went to the service center the repeated the same statement again and again: "Come after two days''. After complaining here and there, at least they request us today: come and receive your mobile within half an hour. i am very sad to say Samsung mobile customer care is very poor and the quality of the mobile also so bad. We decided to NEVER BUY a SAMSUNG MOBILE ON ANY REASON BUT NOKIA, FOR THE PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD with experience. China mobile is a lot better than Samsung mobiles. we are the regular customer of Samsung, till we used Samsung computer and some other products, but samsung mobiles are so bad and worst.
