I Arpan jain S/o Sh Kailash jain Parmant Address Block-E-1, Hno 140, sector 16 Rohini. & my present Address in Block A7/H.no132, Back side entry II floor sector 17 Rohini110085
I have taken the policy of HDFC children plan, for my 04 year child name -master Daksh jain on 28.Feb.2010 the agent name (Ashok vaish) told that daksh jain is in miner so we can insour that we can make nominee in this policy &you will be main policy holder.
On dated 22.March.2010 when i recive my policy paper's the policy was name by the Arpan jain but in the nominee name insist of Daksh jain yhe nominee name is Mrs Bharti jain (my wife) and address & my date of birth is incorrect in policy then i conrtact to the company and his agent name is (Ashok vaish) he told me that kindly write the application to the branch manager and your complant will be correct by the company with in next working 05 days then i gave them writen complaint, at same day they change my postal address online, but they told that nominee & date of birth connot change in company policies before this matter of policies paper matter mr. Ashok vaish misgide me that if i will perchase one more policy from him he will gave me 02 policy absilutly free and after thpolicy was made he told that you have to pay all the policy amount one time only and all these poliyies the address and my date of birth are wrong so i request for this matter with Branch manager (Mr. sunil chandra) he also told that it cannot be make changies in rule of policies ethen i personaly contact to darect to customer.care center to bombay branch 3-4 times they told that contact to branch only.
Sir i request that kindly help me in this matter and i want to request that i don't want to continue all these policy because in feture i cannot be able to claim for my any one policy of critical care/, turm insure/, child care plan, / and one time primume policies because in all these policies my date of birth & address is incorrect for claim and i have very bad expirience with this company so i request that kindly make some durraction to refund my complete amount i will highly thanksful to you.
