Delay in payment of claim

Despite my claim being approved by the doctors, it has been pending for the last 6 months. Because my company changed the service provider from Raksha to United, there is a reluctancy in issuing a cheque. This is despite escalating the issue to Mr Pawan Bhalla and speaking to him personally on his mobile phone.
