Mediclaim reimbursement not done

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have taken a mediclaim policy for my parents in May.2008 having policy No.4034/FPP/03609981/00/000 from ICICI Lombard. I have filed a mediclaim to the TPA of ICICI Lombard (TTK Healthcare Services TPA Pvt. Ltd) on 18/12 for Rs17375.37 for treatment of PARAPHYMOSIS for my father Mr. Ashok Gupta. It has been close to 2 months since I have filed the claim and I have also submitted the short fall as per their requirement on 31/12.

I am regularly following with TPA and ICICI Lombard, but they said we are still wainting for varification of ducuments from senior doctors. I have also send two e-mails to TTK but they did not bothered to reply any of them. I have been mently harassed by both the companies. I have also compalined to ICICI Lombard with my service requurement No.21011049 but they did not done anything.

Normally, the processing and payment of claim takes close to 21-30 days but its has been two months but nothing is done.

I request the H'able forum to look it to the matter and facilitate me for the releaee of my payment.
