I have taken the ICICI Prudentail Health plan for my family in 29th March. The Policy was issue in mid of May and till date i haven't received the policy document.

When i did Freelook cancellation of the policy, They told me money will be deposited in my account on 7th Business Day.

I have done my freelook cancellation on 19th June. 7th Business day on which money was supposed to be deposited in my account on 29th June. But till date (2nd July), money has not been deposited. I called the cusotmer care today on 2nd July. They toldme it will take 2 more days.

I have been calling them everyday from tuesday onward, They were telling me that by end of todaymoney will be deposited in ur account. But today (2nd July), they told me it has been depostiedtoday and it will take 2 working day.

ICICI Namei s big, But the Service they areproviding is very small.

I have done cancellation, b/c the advisor and branch manager both didn't reponse, after i tried to conact them. I went toICICI Pru branch near J B Nagar. Tehy send an email to branch manager and told them to contact me. But he didn't.

Very Bad Experience. I have so many other Insurance policy with other company. But i didn't had bad exp. like this. I will never take any Policy from ICICI.
