India Health Organisation / IHO Card
Payment made but Card not received

I had purchased IHO card through their IVR calling campagin, made the payment but still IHO had not given me the Health cards, i had made lot of complain in their customer care number 18001034466 & had send lots of mail to [email protected] & [email protected] but till date havent received any reply or call back from them.

I purchased the card in July'10 & till date IHO had not shown any interest in my complains.

Now when ever i call them they just inform me that we had register your complain & will get back to me soon.

I don't belive such kind of service IHO is providing, 8 months & still complain is under solving status
