Dear sir, I was admitted to Inlaks hospital, camp, Chembur (e) on 23/07 at around 5pm with ref. of Dr. Amol Pawar. I suffered from fever, cold,
hedache, stomach pain. Doctor visited me on 24/07 6pm.(24 hours after admission) after that he not visited me till I ask for discharge. I several times asked the staff for
the Doctor, but they ignored. I was treated by nurses (only injections for fever) My blood was taken on 23/07 for test, I asked my reports several times, but I got it on the time of discharge.
I want to file complaint for not giving service, cheating and harasment
