Refund of Hospitalization cliam

Hi,

1. My wife she got hopitalized in Aug. 2010 and We are covered under corporate medicliam policy from my employer.

2. At the time of admission to Jupiter Hospital, Thane, I deposited Rs. 5000 and they told me they are holding Rs 3000 and will relese the payment after getting payment from Insurance.

3. Every week I am following with them from last 8 months and just last month they came to know that cheque was released by insurance company.

4. I am following with them but they are saying we will get refund only after getting payment cheque.

5. Because of their mistake that there person could not keep track of cheque received, I am suffering.
