My wife was admitted in Lalitha Nursing Home, (Thillai Nagar 10th Cross, Trichy) for delivery. As it took more than 6 hours during delivery, we politely asked how is my wife. For that, they scolded us badly. That is tolerable. But the chief doctor Chitra went inside delivery room and scolded my wife who was half way delivering the baby and already crying in pain. She scolded saying why your husband and parents are asking status? Wont they sit silently? etc.. They haven't closed the windows in the delivery room and there is a hotel in the next building. My wife has asked to close the window, but still they haven't. When she cried in pain, they shouted at he asking her to shut up and abused badly (I can't believe how they have spoken. I can't wrote it here). They didn't show the baby to my wife after delivery and didn't tell what gender also, even when she asked. They had not cleaned the unclean bed sheet for more than 6 hours after the delivery.
The one thing we did horribly wrong in my life is to go to that hospital. Stay away from those uneducated people who don't know how to treat people. I see a lot of other complaints also in the internet about Dr. Chitra and Lalitha Nursing home. Please go to any other place. Your delivery will be peaceful.
