Mediclaim - United India Insurance
NO Claim

Dear Sir,

I have mediclaim policy and put claim to United India Insurance Co Ltd. My claim is genuine but UNITED refuse (NO claim) to my claim and they reason mentioned is that you have submitted late intimation/file. I can not understand for late submittion they can deduct some amount but why they NO CLAIM my above claim.

Now please guidance me what i have to do?
