We have admitted patient with compliant of infection of lungs on 16.11.2010 at 5.00 PM.The hospital has done some diagnostic examination and given medicines and kept the person on ICU. The patient died of cardiac arrest on 17.11.2010 at 9.00PM. they have immediately collected bill amount of Rs.55000.00 as amount for one day. The hospital did not give discharge summery till today i.e. 13.12.2010. The case is of suspicious nature. The name of the patient is N.SOMA REDDY AGE 68 YEARS
