Against (Medwin Hospital, Doctor K.Krishnaiah (Orthopedic Surgeon)
Sir,
Kindly allow me to voice my genuine concern over the accident occurred and medical negligence to me.
I, R.Anil Kumar, s/o R.Srimannarayana, R/o, LIG-283, Bharathi nagar colony. BHEL, R.C.Puram, Hyderabad-32, brings to your Notice that, I met with an accident on 6-3-97 near patancheru around 3pm, and sustained injuries to both the legs, left knee, right ear. Police men of patancheru shifted me to Gandhi Hospital (Hyd) for primary treatment. On the advice of doctors in Gandhi Hospital, I was shifted to Medwin Hospital (Nampally) for further treatment; Dr. K.Krishnaiah (Orthopedician) has done interlocking operations to both the legs and left knee. Fateombolism was treated. On tenth day after operations while removing sutures, I got developed bone infection (osteomalities) in left thigh. In done cource for treating to osteomalities due to prolonged use of antibiotics and painkillers used by doctor K.Krishnaiah, my both kidneys were damaged and I am under dialysis now from 11-11 (8 years) Dr. Ratanjha (Nephrologist) In Medwin hospital advised me to take three dialysis per week. But due to limited resources, I am constrained to two dialysis per week. I am totally dependent on my parents my kidney transplant is being delayed due to infection.
We filed a case U/S 166 of motor vehicle Act claiming compensation of Rs.3, 00, 000 for the injuries sustained in a motor accident compensation granted 2, 10, 000/- at 9% pa. I received total 3, 00, 000/- in which my lawyer fee is 67, 000/- [lawyer - anjaiah, sangareddy District court]. Due to inability of my lawyer, he could not claim for Dialysis. After considering many officials, I have submitted a letter to D.Subramanyam, secretary requesting him to take an appropriate decision on my accident case. D.Subramanyam [Secretary A.P high court legal services committee dated 5-6, Roc. No.3208/HC LSE. I received a letter from secretary A.P High court legal services committee dated 5-6. Panel. ii code no - 4168, stating that sri T.S.Rayalu (Advocate) has been given my case for further sessions.
I am totally inspired by your services this fact. Encourages me in my hope you will never have any reluctance in my case. I strongly believe that this is absolutely this is medical case. Their is a strong circumstantial evidence in my case.
I request you interfere in matter expeditiously and I would I you request you in this context to initiate a comprehensive enquiry into these event and take appropriate decision and help me at your favor
