Please refer my docket No. Airway Bill No : 203450871, which was despatched from Meerut originally with addressed to Mr. Jitendra Mohan c/o Vidya Niwas, Kalyanpur Pur, Ward No. - 2, Rampur Bushahr, Dist - Shimla, HP. This is not delivered to now. I am sure that this consignment is laid with your Rampur Office and individual there is not keen to deliver the services to their customer. Please note that same kind of poor services from your Rampur Office has been experienced earlier also.
Individual responsible to render such services at Rampur for On dot is ruining it's quality and reputation very badly. Here, I am concerned to get paid services from you which is not satisfactory at all.
Please look into the matter as earliest possible. I would be forced to explore legal aspect in matter if not resolved.
